INTERNAL REGULATIONS

DOCUMENTS: Upon arrival, all guests, including minors, must present a valid form of identification.

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Room keys must be returned to reception. In case of loss, the guest will be charged €10.

WI-FI is free and for the exclusive use of guests.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is required upon check-in. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit card
• Debit card
• Cash
• Bank transfer

Checks are not accepted.
If you require an invoice, it must be requested at the time of payment.
In the event of early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights. The amount will be retained as a penalty, according to the cancellation policy stated in your booking confirmation.

BREAKFAST ROOM:
Breakfast must be consumed only in the dedicated dining area or in the garden. It is forbidden to take food outside the property.
Please report any food intolerances or allergies at the time of booking.

ROOM RULES:

• Silence is requested inside the property from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (garden and terrace).
• Eating or drinking alcohol in the rooms is prohibited for hygiene reasons.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property.
• Please report any issues or malfunctions in the room promptly to reception.
• The property is not responsible for any valuables or personal items left unattended in the rooms.
• No animals are allowed, even small ones.
• It is forbidden to bring unregistered persons into the rooms. Any visitors must be authorized by the Management and must leave an ID document at the reception.
